Feedback Form
Although we aim to provide a high-quality service, there will be times when we may not get it right.
We encourage you, our patients and families, to get in touch with us making us aware of our services’ strengths and weaknesses.
Positive feedback serves to pinpoint specific care that is valued and appreciated by patients, reinforcing effective practices and behaviours. Conversely, constructive criticism or concerns voiced will shed light on areas where improvements may be needed.
Anonymous complaints will be investigated and action taken, if the complaint is found to be justified. However, anonymity makes it more difficult to properly investigate the complaint. You will also not receive a response or details of the outcome.
Your feedback ensures that patients’ voices are heard.
