We are a local charity and not for profit organisation with full-time professional clinicians, dedicated to providing excellent care, and compassion, saving lives in the Bailiwick.
St John operates the ambulance service for the islands of Guernsey and Alderney. This includes the emergency ambulance service and non-emergency patient transfer service and a major incident response for the Bailiwick.
We also provide the marine ambulance service delivering paramedic care and transport for patients in the other islands of the Bailiwick and vessels in our local waters.
