97% of patients and people who used the ambulance service said they were highly complementary of the level of respect and dignity they experienced from our crews.
The findings were among a collection of positive results from the latest Patient Survey showing a significant level of public satisfaction with St John Ambulance & Rescue Service.
The survey carried out by Island Global Research also highlighted the way felt involved in the decisions around their care and the satisfaction about the treatment and advice received.
