We are due to be conducting some emergency response driver training at various locations around Guernsey today. This means you may see more ambulance vehicles using blue lights and sirens.
This training is vital to allow ambulance crews to respond safely, effectively and promptly to medical emergencies.

Did you know members of our team regularly make themselves available to provide additional emergency cover at times of high demand and at short notice, especially overnight and at weekends.
There is no obligation for crews to return to work and the call back system relies entirely on the good will of staff.
