Mental Health Awareness Week
Just a little reminder to be kind to yourself and to others this week.
Life can get busy and overwhelming, but taking a moment to check in—whether it’s with a friend, a colleague, or even yourself—can make a real difference.
You don’t have to have all the right words. Sometimes just listening is enough.
Locally Healthy Minds provides short-term therapy and guidance on self-help coping strategies for adults (18+) with anxiety and depression. You can either refer yourself using the self-referral portal www.iaptportal.co.uk/guernsey.html or your GP can help you to complete one of our referral forms.
